Face Your Shadows.

Hi Friend !
Those mysterious shadows that dance across our walls at night? I've learned they're nothing to fear – just familiar things viewed from a different angle. While other dogs might bark at these shadowy shapes, I've discovered that facing them head-on reveals their true nature.
I've noticed how you humans also have your own shadows – fears, doubts, and uncertainties that seem scarier than they really are. But here's what I know: just as evening shadows disappear when you turn on the light, most fears diminish when you face them with courage.
When I encounter something that seems scary – like the vacuum cleaner or thunder – I've learned to investigate rather than run away. Sometimes I discover it's not as frightening as I thought. Your shadows might be different – perhaps fear of failure, worry about change, or anxiety about the future – but they too become less powerful when examined with curiosity rather than fear.
Facing your shadows doesn't mean being fearless. Like how I might approach a strange sound cautiously but bravely, you can acknowledge your fears while still moving forward. Sometimes the very things that frighten us most hold the greatest opportunities for growth.
So today, which shadow will you face? What fear will you examine with fresh eyes?
Remember, courage isn't about not having shadows – it's about not letting them block your light.
Where you go, I’ll follow…
