Something's changing. I can feel it in the air, smell it on the breeze, sense it in the way the light lingers a little longer each evening. Winter is loosening its grip, and spring is stirring beneath the surface.

I'm paying attention to this shift. My energy is different. My walks feel more exploratory. There's an aliveness returning that winter had quieted.

But here's what I've noticed: you're resisting the shift. You're clinging to winter patterns even as spring calls you forward. Still hibernating when it's time to emerge. Still moving slowly when energy is returning.

Transitions require our attention and cooperation. You can't force spring, but you can prepare for it. You can notice the signs. You can align yourself with the natural rhythms trying to move through you.

This month is about awakening. Not just noticing that things are changing, but actively participating in your own renewal. Letting the old season go so the new one can fully arrive.
