Hi {{first_name | Friend}}!
I've never pretended to be anything I'm not. When I'm happy, my whole body shows it. When I'm uncomfortable, I create distance. When I need something, I ask clearly. I live in alignment with my truth, not someone else's expectations.
You're exhausting yourself trying to be everything to everyone. Molding yourself to fit different spaces, censoring your opinions to keep peace, hiding parts of yourself to stay acceptable.
That's not freedom. That's a prison you've built from other people's approval.
Honoring your truth doesn't mean being reckless or unkind. It means refusing to betray yourself to make others comfortable. It means living from your core values rather than performing for external validation.
I notice how you change around different people. The version of you at work versus with family versus with friends. Some adaptation is natural, but you've lost touch with who you actually are beneath all the roles.
What do you believe when no one's watching? What do you want when no one's judging? Who are you when you're not performing?
True freedom begins when you stop apologizing for your authentic self. When you honor your truth even when it's inconvenient, unpopular, or misunderstood.
This month is about embracing freedom, and the first step is liberating yourself from the need to be anyone other than who you genuinely are.
Your truth matters. Your voice deserves to be heard. Your authentic self is not something to hide, it's something to honor.
Where you go, I’ll follow…
