Hi {{first_name | Friend}} !

Last week you planted seeds with intention. This week, the real work begins. Because planting is the exciting part, tending is where commitment shows up.

I watch you give bursts of energy to new goals, then abandon them when the initial excitement fades. You start strong but don't sustain. You plant but don't tend.

Growth requires consistent attention, not just good intentions.

When you water the garden, you don't just water once and expect thriving plants. You return daily, checking the soil, pulling weeds, adjusting as needed. Small, consistent care produces the harvest.

Your relationships need tending. Your health needs tending. Your dreams need tending. Your peace of mind needs tending. Neglect anything long enough and it withers.

I don't just love you on days when I feel like it. I show up consistently, offering the same loyalty whether you've had a good day or a terrible one. That's what tending looks like, steady care regardless of mood or circumstance.

What have you been neglecting that needs your attention? What relationship, goal, or part of yourself have you planted but stopped nurturing?

Tending isn't glamorous. It's the daily choice to show up when it would be easier not to. It's the small actions repeated so consistently they become who you are.

This month is about cultivation, and cultivation is just a fancy word for caring enough to keep showing up.

Where you go, I’ll follow…
